Once the service work has started, such as document verification, form preparation, consultation, or application submission, the service fee may become non-refundable because the work and time have already been invested.

Refunds may only be considered in limited situations, such as when a payment is made but the service has not yet been started by our team. Any refund request must be made within a reasonable time after the payment and will be reviewed by our support team.

Please note that government fees, official charges, or third-party processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances once submitted to the respective authority.
